With changing art exhibitions and intimate concerts from international musicians éclat was nothing like an ordinary restaurant. Much more  a creative family to welcome you in an outstanding designed scenery. The menu style was based on inspiration from all around the world to create wonderful simplistic seasonal food with great cooking skills showing restraint with ingredients to exhibit the product at its best. As avowed wine lovers the focus was on wines from small wine makers, reducing and in many cases totally avoiding the use of chemicals.
